In a small saucepan, add white sugar and pour water. The proportion should be three to one, three tablespoons of sugar - one spoon of water.

Heat water with sugar on a slow fire, stirring gently with a wooden spatula so that the sugar quickly dissolved. When the mixture starts to turn from white to brown and will bubble, stop stirring. Once the bubbles become large, turn off the heat.

Very quickly, not allowing the mass to cool, pour it on a greased with vegetable oil the tins and leave until fully cured. If you have mold without a bottom, lay them on a pastry sheet. Once the figure has hardened, remove them from the molds. Cockerels ready.
