You will need
- Computer, Internet access, Internet browser
If your browser is Internet Explorer, go to Internet in the main menu, go to "tools" tab. In the context menu select "Internet options" and go to the General tab. Find the "Journal" section and click "Clear". The computer will do the removal request. Confirm with "Yes".
