You will need
- Minced pig beef – 0.5 kg,
- Butter 10 grams

Melt the butter in a pan and fry it chopped onion until Golden brown.
Stuffing put in a bowl and pour the water in, stir it thoroughly with a fork until a homogeneous consistency. Place it in the pan and fry with onions, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula, breaking it lumps of meat.
When the meat gets darker, add salt and pepper it. On a fine grater grate a bit of nutmeg and add it to the stuffing. Garlic finely chop or crush him by pressure, put in the mince, stir and turn off the heat under the frying pan. Cover with a lid and let stand for 5 minutes.
Finely chop fresh herbs, mix with the minced meat.
Roast beef can be used as a separate dish with mashed potatoes or fried egg.
