You will need
    • 1 kg. pork or beef
    • 1 kg. of potatoes
    • 3 medium onions
    • 2 carrots
    • 2 tablespoons flour
    • 1.5 cups beef broth
    • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
    • 4 garlic cloves
    • salt
    • ground black pepper
    • Basil
    • Bay leaf
    • spices to taste

Meat cut into pieces and lightly fry.

Add half of broth and simmer the meat over low heat for 15 minutes.

Peel and cut potatoes into cubes, the size of the meat.
Add the potatoes to the meat and stir. Simmer under closed lid on low heat.

Shinkuem onions finely and grate the carrots.
Fry the onion and carrots, add the tomato paste and passeruem.

Flour fry in a pan without adding oil until light brown.

Add flour to vegetables, stir, add the remaining broth and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil.

Pour the dressing into the meat, add chopped garlic, salt, pepper, Basil, Bay leaf, spices to taste and mix everything.

Close the lid and cook another 3-5 minutes.
