Instruction
1
If a monolithic slab covers spans more than eight meters, apply pre-hard mesh reinforcement of high-strength ropes. When the plate rests on columns, and they have no capitals, reinforce with additional reinforcement of those parts of the monolith, which lie on the tops of the supports. This will eliminate punching of the slab during operation.
2
There are standard welded mesh for reinforcement of monolithic slabs. Do not take a metal rod with a diameter of less than 4-6 mm. Commonly used product section 8-14 mm, the choice of the value depends on the calculated load. The distance between the bars of reinforcement should not be more than 40-60 cm.
3
The thickness of the plate count from the value of the square of the span. Adopted the ratio of 1:30, that is, when the width of overlap between load-bearing walls six meters thickness of the monolith will be twenty centimeters. If this figure decreases, it is necessary to increase the reinforcement metal bars.
4
One layer of reinforcement is possible if the thickness of a monolithic plate of less than fifteen inches, provided all other conditions of the regulations. At the greater thickness of the slab should be laid in two layers of metal mesh, top and bottom.
5
Rebar knit with a special wire, the size of the cells depends on the destination plate. The main grid shall consist of rods of the same diameter.
6
Extra reinforcement is used in the following places: in the middle of the plate on the bottom grid, on poles, in places of concentration of the load on the plate, around the holes. For this purpose, take a single reinforcing bars with a length from 40 to 150 centimeters. Their size depends on the width of the spans and loads.
7
The design of the formwork and reinforcement, pour liquid concrete not lower than M200. You have a monolithic slab, but not earlier than a month, until the concrete attains 100% of the strength.
