Contact by telephone with a representative of your mobile operator and ask this question. Who registered the number, you do not say, but from what region the call was made, the answer should be. They have no reason to hide that information from you.

If you think that it was a call from Russia, from the menu select the line "Codes of mobile operators". Enter the phone code of the caller at the top of the window called "Code. DEF".
