How can return all settings

To return the settings of your computer, "start menu" select "add or remove programs". Click on the icon and wait until a new window will appear in the list of installed programs. Highlight and click "Edit". This opens the InstallShield wizard, which will prompt you to select required to perform the action. Select "Restore" and wait for the end of the process. But this option is not always suitable, as the selected program can be completely removed from the computer.
