Open the main system menu by pressing the "start" button and open the context menu "Computer" click right mouse button. Select "Properties" and make sure that the string "workgroup" in "computer Name" of all computers is the same name. If necessary, use the link "Change settings" and enter the desired name.

Return to the main menu "start" on the primary computer and click "control Panel". Open the link "Network and Internet" and then expand "control Center network and sharing". Open the context menu of the item "local area Connection" click the right mouse button and select "Properties".

Go to the tab "Network" dialog box and select the component "Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4) under "components checked are used by this connection". Click "Properties" and apply the check box in the line "Use the following IP address" in the next dialog box. Type 192.168.137.1 in the line "IP address" and enter 255.255.255.0 in the "subnet Mask".

Repeat the abovementioned operation on the second computer, but print 192.168.137.2 in the line "IP address". Find the value of the default gateway of this computer and copy it into the appropriate field main computer network. Confirm saving the changes by pressing the OK button on the main computer, and leave unchanged the string "subnet Mask" and "default gateway" on the second computer. Type 192.168.137.1 in the line "Preferred DNS server and apply the check box "Use the following DNS servers". Confirm applying your changes, click OK and restart both computers. This action will change unidentified public network to home.
