You will need
- Salmon;
- mayonnaise;
- dill
- parsley;
- salt;
- pepper;
- floss;
- foil.

Clean the carcass of pink salmonthat you slice it. Wash cold water, dry on paper towels. Make incisions on the sides of the fish.

RUB it liberally outside and inside with salt and pepper.

Finely chop the greens. Stuffed in the fish's belly with herbs, and temper it with toothpicks.

Spread fish with mayonnaise.

Unfold the foil and place the fish on it. Wrap it so that nowhere was leaking juice.

Put the fish in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Bake at temperature of 180 degrees.

Prepared fish cut into large pieces. Bon appetit!
Useful advice
On top of mayonnaise, you can sprinkle grated cheese for the formation of a spicy crust.
