To create books you will need a text. You can type it yourself or copy from another source. In the second case, you can use the commands "Copy" and "Paste" of menu "edit" or press Ctrl+A (Select all), Ctrl C (Copy) and Ctrl+V (Paste). If necessary, add to text illustrations, which consistently click "Insert" and select "Pictures".
When the Foundation of your future brochures will be ready in the main menu, select "page Layout". Select the desired view and navigate to "File" and a subdirectory "Settings". In the opened window specify the margin size of your future book by typing in the appropriate lines the offset values for top, left, right, bottom margins. Select the position of the cover and the way the sheet, noting the page Orientation: portrait or landscape.
Specify the number of pages per sheet. Here the program will offer several ways of location: normal, mirror margins, two pages or brochure. To create a workbook, the most preferable to use the last two options. If you select "booklet," enter number of pages: from 4 to 40. If the volume of your book more, it will print some brochures. Then mark the scope of the changes to the whole document or to the end.
In this window, but in the section "paper Size", set the format used sheets: A3, A4, A5 and others. If necessary, fill in the item "paper Sources". Also here you can add a number row to do editing and page layout. Go to special section of the menu "Format" or "Border" of the item "paper Source" functions "page setup".
After your book is completely finished, and print it out. To do this, select "Print" under "File" or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+P. select your printer, which will print the document (if the computer has multiple printers), check "duplex printing" and click "OK". If we need to make changes, click "Cancel" to cancel the printing.
