You will need
    • Pork with oyster mushrooms:
    • 500-600 g pork (fillet);
    • 300 g oyster mushrooms;

    • 100-120 g of soy sauce;
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice;
    • 2 cloves of garlic;
    • ginger root;
    • sugar;
    • green onions.
    • Roast pork:
    • 1 kg of pork;
    • 1 tablespoon liquid or melted in a water bath of honey;
    • 2 tbsp mustard;
    • 2 bulbs;
    • 2 tbsp vegetable oil;
    • salt
    • a mixture of peppers.
    • Stuffed pork fillet:
    • 700-800 g pork fillet;
    • 150 g minced pork;
    • 1 kg of potatoes;
    • 1 clove of garlic;
    • 100 g of spinach;
    • 2 sweet peppers;
    • 1 zucchini;
    • 100 g prunes;
    • nutmeg;
    • salt
    • pepper.

Pork with oyster mushrooms

Pork fillet wash and cut into slices. Soy sauce mix with lemon juice and add a small grated piece of ginger root and a pinch of sugar. Marinate the meat in the resulting sauce. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry fillets. Remove the meat in the remaining oil fry chopped onion half rings and chopped garlic, then add mushrooms and sauté until fully cooked. Meat again put in a pan, pour the leftover marinade and simmer a few more minutes. Serve sprinkled with chopped green onions. This dish goes well with rice.

Roast pork

Meat wash, dry and season with salt. Prepare the marinade: mix the mustard, vegetable oil and honey until smooth. RUB the ham with marinade and place in a saucepan with chopped onion rings. Leave it on for 10 hours in a cool place. Marinated meat and sprinkle with mixture of peppers and wrap in foil. Bake for 1.5-2 hours in the oven, preheated to 200°C. Shortly before the end of cooking, unwrap the foil, to brown the ham.

Stuffed pork fillet

First, prepare the filling. To do this, in vegetable oil fry the chopped onion and garlic, then add ground pork, saute and put sliced rings spinach. Add salt, season with pepper and nutmeg.
