Open Photoshop. Activate the layers palette by clicking F7. Select and open the desired picture. Preferably, but not necessarily that the photo was large enough. Create a copy of the background layer. Click on the fixed layer Background ("background") right click and select Duplicate Layer ("Duplicate layer").

Click on the Background layer copy ("Back (copy)") to activate it. Change the blend mode to Normal ("Normal") Screen ("Clarification") in the upper left corner of the window. Click on the tab Layer ("Layers") top menu and select Layer Mask ("Layer-mask"), then Hide All (Hide all). This will add to the layer mask.

Select in the toolbar, brush or press on the keyboard. Set brush white. Zoom in using the Navigator ("Navigator"). Paint on the mask of eyes. Lower the opacity (opacity) in the layers panel to a value that will satisfy you the most. Type in the window with a value of 100% of the required value.

Make the iris brighter different. Open and zoom. Click on the keyboard S In the layers panel you will see that the tool used as if depressed. Click on the tool, right-click and select the Dodge Tool ("Clarifier").

Create a copy of the background layer with Ctrl+J. Spend several times the "Clarifier" at the iris. Reduce the opacity of the layer if necessary, or change the blending mode to Overlay ("Overlay") or Soft Light (Soft light).

Use to enhance the appearance of the eye tool "Magnetic lasso". Open the photo. Select the iris with the Magnetic Lasso tool. This tool can be activated by pressing the L button on the toolbar, clicking the tool, right-click. Select the "Magnetic lasso". Copy the selected area by pressing Ctrl+J. Change the blending mode to Screen ("Clarification") and adjust if necessary the opacity.

Open the desired photo. Create a new layer Ctrl+Shift+N. Take soft white brush and put on a new layer, two spots on the iris. Erase tool "Eraser" (Eraser) extra. Change the blending mode to "Overlay" ("Overlapping"). Change the opacity to achieve the desired result.

Open the image. Select the eye using the Magnetic Lasso tool. Tab top menu Layer ("Layers"), then New Adjustment Layer group ("New adjustment layer"), and there click on Сurves ("Curves"). Move the window with the curves so you can see the eyes. Put a point on a straight line, bending it. Drag the point while holding down the left mouse button. Follow the result. When the desired result is achieved, click OK.
