For the convenience of citizens who wish to visit the Republic of Lithuania, on the official website of the Embassy of the country placed the form of electronic application. There it can be completed, printed for presentation to the Embassy or saved for later modification and use of the data entered.

To fill it, go to the website https://kiris.urm.lt/ru1/index.php?id=fast_registration_form and read the rules of filling in and submitting the questionnaire for a visa. Then hit the bottom of the page the "Next"button.

You went to the page filling in the electronic application for visa. Enter in the free fields of the requested requirements on themselves.

Please note the questions marked with "*". They are mandatory to be filled in Latin letters.

To correctly answer the requested information, place the mouse cursor on the "?", circled. After that there will be a green field with additional information that reveals the essence of the question.

If you have any problems when completing this questionnaire, click the "Help" button located in the upper right corner of the page. It not only describes the rules for data entry, but also provide sample letters with which you need to write all the details.

Fill in the application form, click the underneath press "Submit". The system then processes the entered data will point out existing errors, and if correct, will provide to print or save the document.

Print the questionnaire by pressing the button "Print". But if you want to save the data with the possibility of subsequent correction, click on the link "Save the completed electronic application".

For visa print application form, sign it and submit to the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania.
