You will need
    • the flesh of beef-500 g;
    • melted butter 3 tbsp;
    • potatoes 600 g;
    • carrots 2 PCs;

    • Bay leaf;
    • parsley;

Select the meat for cooking. It should be fresh, with a minimal amount of veins. When pressed with your finger on a piece of fresh beef the depression disappears quickly. For this dish you can use frozen beef. In this case, before cooking you have to wash the meat with cold water and put in covered dishes for 2 to 3 hours for thawing.

Wash meat. After you drain the water, cut it into cubes with sides of about 3 cm Pepper and salt.

In a well-heated pan put the butter. When it is hot, add beef. Fry it on medium heat for 5-7 minutes with constant stirring.

Peel the potatoes, carrots and onions. Cut potatoes into cubes or wedges; carrots – julienne or grate; onion – half rings. In this dish, you can add cauliflower, zucchini, green beans. In this case, the quantity of potatoes should be reduced.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180-200°C. Place the prepared meat and vegetables in a ramekin. If you like more fatty meals before you put the meat in the pots, put them on the bottom of thinly sliced bacon. Pour broth or water. Add black pepper, Bay leaf. Cover the dishes with lids. Put in the oven.

If you want to add tomato paste or tomatoes, do it after the potatoes will be ready. Tomato paste pre-dissolve in a little water or broth.

After an hour and a half potatoes with beef is ready. When filing on the table to each serving add the chopped parsley.
