The production of vodka
To date, in Ukraine production of vodka put forward a very strict requirements regarding the composition of the ingredients, the amounts of impurities and, in fact, manufacturing technologies. The key to quality of vodka is alcohol and luxury, which make the ancient malting method, whereas for the manufacture of Russian vodka using an alcohol produced by the enzyme. Instead of the forty-day fermentation, it start to cook on the third day, which greatly affects the taste of the final product.
