How to install a program from a disk image

A virtual image disk is a full copy of the diskcarrier, from which fact the image was created. With the image disk you can perform exactly the same operation as with usual drive, i.e., install programs or games. But in order to work with a virtual drivee, the computer must be virtual drives. Only then will you be able to use the images of the disks and install the programs. To create the virtual drives needed related applications.

You will need

• program Daemon Tools Lite

Instruction

1. Very handy and completely free program for working with images of the discs is Daemon Tools Lite. Download the program and install it on your computer. During the installation process, a dialog box appears with the items "free license" or "Paid license". Note the first paragraph. After the installation, restart the computer. Run the program. After its first launch, wait until it creates the virtual drives. You will then be taken to the main menu of Daemon Tools Lite. As you can see, the window image Catalog is empty. To get started, first you need to add the image to the directory.
2. From the bottom on the toolbar, click on the image disk. In the opened window specify the path to the image diskfrom which you want to install the program. Click on the image of the disk with the left mouse button, and then from the bottom of the window, click "Open". The image will be added to the catalogue.
3. Now in the main menu of the program, in the images directory, click on the attached image right-click. In the context menu select "Mount", then the virtual optical drive to mount the image disk. By default there will be only one virtual drive.
4. Now go to "My computer". Now there is, in addition to the physical drive, and even virtual. Click on the icon of the virtual drive right-click. In the ensuing shortcut menu, select "Install or run program from disk". Starts the installation Wizard program." Then follow the prompts of the Wizard install the program. Further, the installation process is no different then the setup of the program from the ordinary disk.
5. If the "install Wizard software" therefore does not start, open the image disk and in the root folder locate the file autorun. Double-click the left mouse button, then "InstallShield Wizard" will start for sure.
