You can use the system "Sberbank Onl@yn" (https://esk.sbrf.ru/) on the website of Sberbank of Russia.
For starters, you'll receive a personal identification number. This can be done through self-service or by calling one of the numbers: (495) 500-55-50 (the call is charged as intercity connection), 8-800-555-55-50 (toll-free), and giving accurate information about credit card and Bank account.

Now you need to get the password. To do this, use any ATM terminal or information of the savings Bank. You will receive 20 one-time password or a permanent password. If you are connected to service "Mobile Bank", send to 900 (or +7-926-200-09-00, +7-916-572-39-00) SMS the following: "Parol N", replacing N with the last 4 or 5 digits of your Bank card. A permanent password will come in reply SMS.

It is best to use one-time passwords. So you protect yourself from unlawful access to your cash. At the slightest suspicion to request a new password by any means.
