How to distinguish a male from a female parrot

In older females the cere is brown, but the color of the cere can change to blue.
2. Males differ from females in more active behavior. They love to make noise, to sing, to hustle, thereby attracting attention to himself. Males show an inexplicable desire to more accurately explore their surroundings. The behavior of the female parrot more relaxed, they prefer to just watch from the side.
