Instruction
1
One Cup of Hercules pour into a colander and rinse under cold water, after which put the flakes in a glass pot or jar, add a small piece of rye bread and fill with cooled boiled water. The amount of liquid should be about 3-4 cm above the level of Hercules.
2
Cover the pot (jar) with a lid and put to ferment in a warm place for 2 days. To improve the process you can add 4-5 tablespoons of fresh yogurt (curd).
3
After a time the resulting mass with water, mince or grind using a blender. Take the metal strainer and strain all. If the cells are flakes, wipe them carefully. If no screens, instead you can use a small strainer or cheesecloth, folded in half.
4
Pour the finished starter in a three-liter transparent jar, cover and refrigerate. After about 3-4 hours the liquid is stratified. Carefully pour the clear top, thick use for making jelly, as needed.
5
Pour into a saucepan a glass of water or milk, put on fire and heat. Pour in liquid yeast. Depending on what the consistency of jelly you prefer, add from 2 tablespoons to a glass of yeast. Put the bucket with the mixture on the stove and bring it to a boil, while stirring continuously. Try to avoid lumps.
6
The finished pudding sprinkle with a little salt (usually one litre of finished beverage, put a teaspoon of salt without top). Flavor to the jellymade with water, add a little of any vegetable oil. If you prefer to cook it with milk, you can put a piece of butter, sugar, honey, or perhaps condensed milk. Apply the jelly on the table hot or cold, as jelly.
