Ingredients:

  • 100 g of margarine;

Preparation:

  1. Beef liver clear from the films, wash, put in a large bowl and pour the milk for 2-3 hours.

  3. Flour to combine with margarine, pour into a bowl and mash with your hands until smooth. This can be done without hands, and combine.
  4. In the mass of flour add ½ tsp salt and pour sour cream, whipped with egg. Knead soft, pliable and elastic dough that will not stick to hands. The structure of the dough depends on the flour and eggs, so these products should be of very good quality. Their number can be adjusted in order to achieve the desired structure of the dough.
  5. The finished dough to wrap with cling film and put on 35-40 minutes in the refrigerator.
  6. Meanwhile you need to cook the filling. For this onion peel, wash, cut into small cubes and fry in butter for 5 minutes using medium heat.
  7. The liver is removed from milk, cut into cubes, add to the frying pan to the onions, mix with onions and fry another 5 minutes, after turn off and remove from the heat.
