Ingredients:

  • Sausage - 50 g;
  • Cheese – 50 g;
  • Egg – 1 PC;
  • Potatoes – 1 tuber;
  • Onion – 1 piece;
  • Rye bread – 8 pieces;
  • Vegetable oil;
  • Salt, pepper – to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Potatoes thoroughly wash, peel and chop on a coarse grater. Bow free from the husk and finely chop, mix with grated potatoes.
  2. The sausage can be taken or smoked or cooked, which is more to your liking, cut into cubes or grind on a grater, then mix with a mixture of potatoes and onions. Add to the mixture and the beaten egg, salt to taste, if it's not too salty cheese and pepper. Optionally, you can add finely chopped dill or parsley. Mix everything carefully.
  3. Grind cheese on a coarse or fine grater on request. Rye bread cut into not too thin slices across instead of down. On each slice put the cooked mixture, sprinkle the top with grated cheese.
  4. The pan pour vegetable oil and heat, then switch heat to medium temperature. Sandwiches to put on the pan first side without the filling and cover to slightly melt the cheese.
  5. When the bread is Golden, flip sandwich with a spatula on the side with the filling and fry until cooked and turn Golden brown.
  6. Ready sandwiches put on paper towel to rid of excess oil. When serving, top as desired you can decorate with chopped herbs, but if there are fans of sharp little - you can pour chili sauce.
