• large chicken 1.5-2 kg;

  • 400 g of sour cream;

  1. Chicken thoroughly washed inside and out, dry it with paper towels, cut in 8 portions of equal-sized parts. Marinate in salt and pepper and leave in holodilnike for 10-15 minutes. Fry in a hot pan with the addition of sunflower oil until Golden color.
  2. Onions wash, peel and cut into half rings, fry in a pan until Golden brown.
  3. Wash the champignons and cut into thin slices, fry in a slow fire.
  4. Walnuts dry from moisture in the microwave or in the oven on a baking sheet. After grind BB mortar or blender.
  5. Raisins rinse well with running drinking water and dried with paper towels.
  6. Take a saucepan and melt in it the butter, add the flour and saute as in the preparation of Bechamel sauce. After this we need to add the sour cream, mix thoroughly and cook sauce for another 4-5 minutes.
  7. Take a pot and put in the bottom two piece of chicken, raisins, fried mushrooms, onions, walnuts. Next, pour all the ingredients with sauce.
  8. Heated the oven to a temperature of 205 degrees. The prepared pots are put in the oven for 60-70 minutes.
