Ingredients for the dough:

  • 2 tbsp. flour;
  • 2 tbsp sour cream;
  • ¾ Tsp of baking soda;
  • 180 g of butter.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 2 bunches of green onions;
  • 0.2 kg of fresh mushrooms;
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil (odorless);
  • 2 eggs;
  • 150 g of cheese Adyghe;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • salt and pepper.


  1. Sift the flour and pour into a large bowl. There also finely chop with a knife the cold butter, add soda and sour cream spread.
