Ingredients for the dough:
- 170 ml. of plain water;
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil;
- 2 tbsp. flour (500 g);
Ingredients for the filling:
- 1 large onion (200 g);
- 400 g frozen mushrooms;
- 1 tsp of your favorite seasoning;
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil;
- ½ Tsp of salt.
Preparation:
- Sift the flour on the table forming a mound. In the middle of the roller coaster with your hands and make a hole of medium size.
- In deepening pour the barely warm water and oil. Hands knead not abrupt, but also not vague dough.
