Ingredients for the dough:

  • 170 ml. of plain water;
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil;
  • 2 tbsp. flour (500 g);

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 1 large onion (200 g);
  • 400 g frozen mushrooms;
  • 1 tsp of your favorite seasoning;
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil;
  • ½ Tsp of salt.


  1. Sift the flour on the table forming a mound. In the middle of the roller coaster with your hands and make a hole of medium size.
  2. In deepening pour the barely warm water and oil. Hands knead not abrupt, but also not vague dough.
  3. The finished dough roll into a ball, put in any dry bowl and set aside for 20-30 minutes. During this time, and the dough a little rest, and the filling is cooked.
