You will need
  • • 50 g. Mary;
  • • 400 g duck breast;
  • • 150 g of seaweed;
  • • 1 onion;
  • • 100 ml of warm water;
  • • 1 tsp sugar;
  • • ½ Tsp salt;
  • • 1 tsp of dry yeast;
  • • 2 tbsp soy sauce;
  • • 200 g of flour;
  • • 6 tbsp sunflower oil;
  • • wild garlic.

Mash, rinse, cover with water and boil for about 40 minutes and allow to cool, drain excess liquid.

In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of sunflower oil. Duck meat cut into thin slices, put in hot oil, season with soy sauce, stir and fry a quarter of an hour.

Onion minced with a knife. Mash to combine in the bowl with the herbs and seaweed, season with salt and stir.

In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, 4 tbsp oil, salt and sugar. Stir to dissolve the bulk of the ingredients. Then enter the flour and knead the dough. The dough will turn a little, but this amount is enough for two pies.

So, the dough is cut into two equal pieces. Both parts roll in tortillas.

On one tortilla spread ½ of the sliced onions and a mixture of Masha, seaweed and herbs. The four edges of flat cakes to connect over the filling, forming a rectangular or square cake.
