How to disable Internet on Tele2 depends on the type of connected service. This can be done via the Internet subscription service or by means of USSD-commands.

The most convenient way to see all the services associated with access to the Internet, is a personal account from Tele2. It is available at my.tele2.ru. To log in to personal Cabinet of subscriber enter your phone number, then you will receive an SMS-message with the password. After login click on "Configure services" and disable the connected options. For example, such as "Night unlimited", "Unlimited Opera Mini", "Internet phone," etc.

To disable access to the mobile Internet can be accessed in the subscription service. Call 611 from your mobile or landline and wait for a response operator. Then notify us of your wish to disable mobile Internet on a specified phone number. Please note that you need the passport data of the subscriber for verification.

You can also visit any office of service Tele2 to shutdown of the Internet. However, this method is the least convenient.
