The classics: the Caesar salad

- Romaine lettuce – 400 g;

- Worcestershire sauce – a few drops;
- Parmesan cheese grated – 2 tbsp;

- freshly ground black pepper – to taste.


To prepare the classic version of "Caesar", carefully wash the lettuce, dry with paper towel and refrigerate. To make garlic croutons (crackers), take white bread (baguette), cut into small cubes and dry in the oven at 180 ° C for 10 min. don't forget a couple of times to mix the croutons in the oven. Then peel the garlic cloves, crush and RUB with salt. Place the garlic in the pan, add a tablespoon of olive oil and warm over medium heat, then add to the pan of breadcrumbs and a few minutes hold in the fire.
