You will need
  • - 3 zucchini or zucchini;
  • - 120 g of bread crumbs;
  • - 100 g of hard cheese;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - pinch of Italian herbs, salt, black pepper, vegetable oil.
Wash zucchini, wipe, cut into thick slices about 1.5 cm, then cubes. If the zucchini is thick peel, clean them beforehand.
In a bowl beat two eggs, add the crushed garlic clove, whisk with a fork. If desired, the garlic pulp may be rubbed with a pinch of salt. Cheese RUB on a small grater it is smaller, the better will be to stick to the squash cubes.
Separately mix the breadcrumbs with the herbs, salt, pepper, grated cheese, and mix to obtain a homogeneous mass.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil. Dip zucchini wedges in egg, shake off excess, from all sides dip into the breadcrumbs, place on a baking sheet in a single layer. On top drizzle with olive oil. Place the baking sheet on the top shelf of the oven pre-heated to 200 degrees.
Cook squash 10-15 minutes, then serve them right on the table.
