You will need
  • -kefir 0.5 liters
  • -2 eggs
  • - 2-3 table. sugars

  • - 350 gr. flour
Pour the warm yogurt into a clean bowl. If the yogurt is cold, you can heat it in the microwave or let stand at room temperature. The fat content of yogurt does not affect the taste of the pancakes, they turn out equally delicious with 1% fat yogurt.
Carefully whisk 2 eggs with a whisk, add the salt, sugar, mix well, and pour into the yogurt. The amount of sugar depends on your taste, but keep in mind that the more sugar, the worse rise pancakes and are not as lush.
Add the flour, then the baking soda or baking powder. Add in that order. If the baking powder to put early, it will be a reaction. Pancakes are delicious, but not as high. Amount of flour depends on its quality, on average, approximately 350 gr.
