You will need
- - 4 chicken Breasts medium size;
- - 30 ml of olive oil;
- - 15 ml lemon juice;
- - 2 tablespoons dried Provencal herbs;
- - salt to taste.
In a small bowl, mix the herbes de Provence with olive oil and lemon juice.
To the resulting mixture, coat chicken Breasts. Leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 170S, lay out chicken Breasts on a baking sheet, pour marinade on top, sprinkle with salt and bake 30 minutes. To check chicken for readiness, pierce it at the thickest point with a knife, if you highlight a clear juice, then the chicken Breasts are ready, if the juice is pink, you need to leave the meat in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
Serve the finished dish with rice, potatoes or vegetables.
