You will need
- • Chicken fillet — 100 g;
- • Rice — 100 g;
- • Eggs — 2 PCs.;

- • Salt.
Pour water into the pan, add salt, pepper, put chicken fillet. Cook until tender. Drain the water, leave the fillet to cool.
Cook rice and cool.
Peeled onions chop, fry until it will turn brown. Chicken meat finely chop or disassemble the strings, add the egg yolk and the cooled fried onions.
Beat egg whites until fluffy foam.
