Vodka alcohol



The home of the drink will depend on the purity and softness of water. It is recommended to use bottled, for example, a line of baby food – then the Foundation will not have to clean. However, the alcohol must be prepared.

To clean pour it into a clean glass jar and add pharmacy activated charcoal, powdered (15 pills for 3 years). Stir the contents of the tank and allow to settle. Through the day pour the alcohol into a clean bowl through a cheesecloth or ironed white flannel.

In the water in small portions add the purified alcohol. To achieve the desired strength of the drink, use the alcoholometer. If a special measuring device you have there, stick to common proportions: 2 parts alcohol and 3 parts water.
Vodka does not have to have a strength of 40%. According to the State standard of the Russian Federation, the alcohol in this drink can vary from 40 (in European countries – from 37, 5%) to 56%.


For imparting softness to the vodka it is advisable to add the sugar syrup, which should be prepared from equal parts water and sugar. In 1 liter of homemade vodka add 1 teaspoon of the syrup, tightly close the bowl with alcohol and let stand for at least a day. Before drinking the vodka cool.

Alcoholate



Homemade alcohol tinctures are called the alcoholic strength of 18% to 60%. Fruits, berries, herbs, spices and other additives often insist cold on alcohol, diluted with water (homemade vodka fortress 45-50%).

Wonderful aromatic tincture you get from cranberries. A glass of clean berries, mash with the same amount of sugar, pour 0.5 l of home made vodka and insist 2 weeks to a month. After aging the tincture can be diluted at will with clean water to the right of the fortress:

- 30 to 60% of bitter or semi-sweet drink;
- from 18 to 25%, with sugar content of 30 grams per half a Cup of sweet tea.
If 0.5 cups of infusion of 30 to 40 grams of sugar, then it is considered a liqueur; a sweet drink (about 50 grams of sugar per half a Cup) called liquor.


Left strain the finished drink and put in the cold.

Homemade liquor



Liqueurs at home is usually made on the basis of fresh fruit juices, which are fastened cleaned with alcohol and are sweetened. In addition, you can infuse the fruit with vodka. To your taste, you can add various aromatic essences.

Very fragrant liquor obtained from fresh strawberries. 1 kg berries pour 1 liter of vodka and let sit in a warm place in a tightly closed container in a fortnight. The drink, strain through cheesecloth. Boil the syrup 0.5 l of water and 1 kg of sugar, cool to room temperature. Mix the infusion with strawberry syrup and put in a dark place for a week.

The characteristic flavor of homemade liqueurs add cumin, mint, rosehips, marjoram, zest and other additives. Essences for alcoholic drink can be made in advance, pre-dried plants. Grind them into a powder, pour the alcohol of high concentration (not less than 75% -90%) in 1:10 ratio and soak for a week. Using different essences, spices, herbs, berries and fruits, you can create your own signature recipe.
