You will need
  • flour - 300 g
  • milk - 200 ml
  • dry yeast - 1 teaspoon
  • butter - 30 g
  • egg yolk - 3 PCs

  • brandy - 1 tablespoon
  • salt
  • vanilla (or vanilla sugar)
  • vegetable oil
  • chocolate, almond petals, coconut flakes for decoration

Dissolve yeast in warm milk, leave for 10-15 minutes. Melt butter and allow to cool to room temperature. Sift the flour into a large bowl.

Yeast mixed with egg yolks, butter, sugar, vanilla, cognac and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.
