You will need
  • 3 liters of water;
  • 500 grams of chicken meat;
  • 3 onions;
  • parsley and dill;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 120 grams of pasta;
  • 3-4 potatoes;
  • salt - to taste.
Wash chicken with cold water and then chop into small pieces. 1 carrot and 1 onion peel and along with chicken, put in a saucepan. Pour water and put on fire for boiling water. Next, remove the foam, add salt and pepper. Reduce the flame to low and simmer the soup on low heat for 40-45 minutes until fully cooked chicken.
Meanwhile, peel and wash the other vegetables. Chop onions, potatoes cut into cubes and carrots cut into stars or circles. Although it is possible to just grate.
When the chicken is cooked remove meat from broth, separate from bone and cut into small pieces. Onions and carrots that were cooked with the chicken, remove from the pan and discard. They are no longer needed, as he gave all that need chicken broth.
Now the potatoes together with the chicken pieces, put in the broth. Put on the fire and continue to cook the soup for about 10 minutes, until semi-cooked potatoes.
In the meantime, in a skillet sauté chopped onion with chopped carrots. After, put them in a pot of soup. There too, add the pasta and continue to cook for another 8-10 minutes, until cooked macaroni.
When the pasta is done, taste the soup and if needed add salt. Then toss in the pan finely chopped greens, and cook for still 1 minute, then remove from heat. It remains to give the chicken soup a few minutes to steep and serve it on the table.
