You will need
  • 400 g of already cooked frozen cucumaria;
  • 400 g chicken neck;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • 1 large bulb onion;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 50 ml of soy sauce;
  • 4 large garlic cloves;
  • 3 Bay leaves;
  • 5 PCs black pepper peas;
  • 400 ml of water;
  • Pepper and possibly salt to taste.

Cut pork into small wedges. Onions chop cubes, julienne cut (or grate on a medium grater) carrots. Heat in a thick-walled pot of oil, put the pork, fry for 2 minutes. Then add onions and carrots and fry until the vegetables are soft.

Meanwhile, chop tomato, dice three garlic and mix it with soy sauce. Sent it all in the pot with the meat and vegetables, stir, spread cucumaria, fill with water, add the peppercorns, Bay leaf and, if desired, various favorite spices. Simmer on medium heat, covered for 40 minutes.

The dish is ready! When applying it would be good sprinkle with herbs, and a dollop of sour cream would be nice.
