Automatic switching from one font to another occurs in cases where the computer has a corresponding utility, for example, Punto Switcher. This software controls the input characters and determines by the first entered characters to which language can be assigned a particular word in accordance with the morphology. Install the utility from the disk or download from the Internet, add in startup, and in most cases, when typing text, you will not be distracted by the change of layout.

If you want to use the keyboard to switch input language from Russian to English and back, decide what combination of keys you would prefer to do it. There are two options: use Ctrl and Sift and Alt and Shift. To configure the shortcut through the "start" menu, open "control Panel". In the category "date, time, language and regional options" select the icon "regional and Language options", clicking on it with the left mouse button - will open a new dialog box.

In the window "regional and Language" click the tab "Languages" and click "Details" in the section "Languages and services of text input" - opens a new window. On the Settings tab click on the Settings " keyboard"located at the bottom of the window. In the window "advanced settings keyboard" under "Action" you will see the current settings.

If you decide to change the current settings, click on "Change shortcuts". Note the token field next to the name of the desired shortcut and click OK.
