Every morning on an empty stomach drink a glass of warm water with a teaspoon of honey. To improve the taste you can add lemon juice, Apple cider vinegar or cinnamon. Thanks to this habit you will not only enhance the metabolism but will also ensure regular bowel movements.

Once a week, take honey baths. Dissolve in warm (38-39 degrees) water 100 ml honey. Lie in the bath for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse with cool water and RUB body with a towel. Course – 15 procedures in a month. To improve cosmetic effect add the water in addition to honey a liter of milk.
