Go to your email Inbox on the server Mail.Ru in the usual way. Use the standard web interface. Do not use WAP or PDA interface and e-mail program.

Make backup copies of all letters that you need. Save them in desired format (HTML, HTML with pictures or MHT), using the media browser. Also save all necessary attachments to messages. Don't forget to save anything you will need in the future, because after removing the box all of this information will disappear from the server forever. Then do the same and with all the necessary information that you stored on other services Mail.Ru ("My world" and similar) because that s where all your data is fully deleted.

Carefully read the warning that you see on this page. Read the information about what will be deleted from the server except for the mailbox. Also note, the box is removed. Do not remove accidentally instead of unwanted accounts needed if the server you have several.

Enter the reason for deletion (optional) and password.

If you still agree to get rid of the mailbox without the possibility of its recovery, click "Remove" if you change your mind, click "Reject".

A window will appear with a warning. In it, click "Ok" to confirm deletion or "Cancel" to cancel the operation.

If within five working days you will want to restore the mailbox (but not stored in it!), just log in through the web interface using the username and the password. Then click on the left link that says "Unblock". After that enter the password again. Then log in the usual way under the same username and password. Before you will be the same box - but completely empty.
