The company "MegaFon" provides its customers a service called "Mobile transfer". It does not require activation to use it, you can at any time. The service "Mobile transfer" service is also available to subscribers of "Beeline". Users must first send the request and confirm the transfer, then the other party will be able to obtain funds from your personal account. To send a request, use USSD by dialing *145* phone number* transfer amount#. By the way, the phone number do not forget to specify the ten-digit format (i.e., no sevens or eights). Payment amount specify as an integer and only in the currency stipulated on the tariff plan (either in rubles or in dollars).

The "MTS" the service allows to replenish the account of another subscriber, called "Direct transmission". If you want to activate it, you can do this in two ways. One-time money transfer will cost you 7 rubles (in the administration of each payment).
