The easiest way to get lemon juice – use a juicer. Citrus fruit is very soft, so they can handle any juicer. Wash the lemon and cut it in half. Often juicers m food processors allow you to leave the skins on the fruit. Place the pieces of lemon alternately in a device for extracting the juice and proceed according to instructions. You may need to squeeze the juice with your hands; if you use electrical equipment, it will do the job for you. If necessary, the juice, strain through a sieve or a clean gauze cloth to clean it from the pulp or seeds.

If you don't have a juicer or you need a small amount of lemon juice, use Cutlery. Wash the lemon and cut it into two halves, keeping the peel intact. In the center of one of the halves, insert a teaspoon so that it cut through the flesh. Lift the fruit over the Cup. Holding the spoon inside the lemon, squeeze the peel with your hands. When almost all the juice will drain into the bowl and squeeze the lemon becomes difficult, start rotating the spoon in the lemon halves while squeezing the peel with his free hand.

Clean lemon peel and slice it into 2 or 4 parts. Put lemon slices into a deep Cup and squeeze them with a fork. Of course, part of the juice remains in the pulp, but most of the acidic liquid you can extract from fruit.

Lemon juice squeezed much easier after heat treatment of the fruit. Place lemon for 2 minutes in boiling water and then cool. You can then use in any way they are pressed. You'll need much less time for squeezing, the juice will not lose its beneficial properties.

Clean lemon peel and cut it into small pieces. Wrap the lemon in gauze bandage or pharmacy. Wring out the cloth, holding it over a Cup of juice.
