You will need
    • 300 g of minced meat;
    • 2 bulbs ;
    • 1 carrot;
    • 2 tomatoes;
    • 800 g white cabbage;
    • vegetable oil;
    • dill
    • parsley;
    • salt.
Finely chop or shred the cabbage.
In a deep pan pour vegetable oil,put chopped cabbage.Close with a lid. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Finely chop the onion.Carrot grate, preferably large. Approximately in the middle of cooking the cabbage add salt.Put the vegetables in a separate pan, add the oil and fry until soft.
Carrot-onion mixture add the ground beef, season with salt. Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes. The fire must be weak.
Tomatoes peel, cut into small cubes. Add them to the mixture of meat and vegetables. There you can add your favorite spices to your taste (e.g. curry). Leave to stew for another 5-7 minutes.
When the cabbage is almost ready, add the mixture of minced meat and vegetables.All mix thoroughly, cover. Leave on low heat until fully cooked.
At the end of cooking add the dish with finely chopped fresh herbs – dill, parsley.
