You will need

First, install the driver on the built-in sound Board. Find the disk that came with your motherboard, there should be everything you need, including these drivers. After you boot into Windows, wait until the system detects a new device (i.e. your sound card) and install the driver. In the end, you should receive a message saying that the device is installed and ready to use.
