Advice 1: How to clear the cache of your computer

Your computer has three different types of cache: Domain Name System (DNS), cache, and thumbnails cache. The cache is a repository of temporal information. If it is not clear from the temporary information will turn into permanent and can significantly reduce the operating parameters of your system. Timely clearing the cache frees system memory, free space on your hard drive and helps to solve some problems with Internet connection.

To clear the DNS cache.

Click the "start" tab and locate the "Command prompt". Select it.

Black screen appears in which you will need to enter the following "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter. You will receive a message that the DNS cache is successfully cleared.

To clear the cache memory.

Right-click the mouse on the desktop and select new, Shortcut. Specify the path to the file "% WINDIR% \ system32 \ rundll32.exe" where % WINDIR% is the directory where on your computer hosts a Windows operating system. Click "Next".

Name the new shortcut as you will be comfortable – "Clear RAM" or "Clear cache", for example. Run the program.

To clear the thumbnails cache.

In the start menu, locate "utilities", "Clean disk". Select the drive you want to clean and click "OK".

To optimize the system using CCleaner.

CCleaner – a free program that will help you to not only remove temporary files but also cleans the basket, removes temporary files from all browsers and check the system registry.

Download and install CCleaner.

Open it.

Put in the chevrons show where the system needs checking and cleaning.

Tune in to what the first time it can take a long time.

Click on the "Clear"button.

Advice 2: How to clear cache and cookies in Opera

After viewing Internet sites in Opera as in other browsers, still have a lot of saved information, cache and cookies. In some cases they only take up unnecessary space on your computer's hard disk, but some can cause hacking.

There are two ways of clearing the cache in Opera browser. To clear the cache first method in earlier versions of the program, select "Tools" –> "Settings" –> "Advanced" –> "History" and next to "Disk cache" click "Clear".

In newer versions of the program select "Settings" –> "General settings" –> "Advanced" –> "History" and next to "Disk cache" click "Clear". Also here you can specify whether you want to clear the cache after you are finished with the program by placing a tick opposite the appropriate item. If the "Advanced" tab to open the "Vault", you can delete the cache of specific sites.

To delete cookies in earlier versions of Opera, select "Tools" –> "Settings" – > Advanced –> Cookies. Optionally check the box next to "Delete new cookies when exiting Opera". Next, click on the "Manage cookies". In the opened window, select the ones you want to delete and click the corresponding button.

To open this section in the newer versions of Opera, select Settings – > General settings – > Advanced –> Cookies. Click on the button Manage stored cookies and remove the ones in the window.

There is another option clean cookies. Select "Settings" –> "Delete private data". After that, click "Detailed setting". Check the box next to "Remove all cookies" or "Delete session cookies" and click "Delete".
