How to clean the registry from virus

After removal of Kaspersky in the registry of the operating system left some files which are not removed with antivirus program. Before installing a new antivirus program, it is necessary to completely clean the computer from the old antivirus. Besides, cleaning the Windows registry of unnecessary files will make the operating system more stable. Moreover, many programs can automatically clean the registry, which will allow to avoid mistakes and deleted files.

A computer running the Windows operating system, the program TuneUp Utilities, Internet access

Instruction

Before you start registry cleaning download from the Internet the program TuneUp Utilities and install it on the hard disk of the computer. After installation, you may need to restart your PC. If the InstallShield wizard prompts you to restart, select "Restart the computer now".

Run the program. A window will appear which shows the scanning system. After it is finished click on "Fix problems" and you will be taken to the main menu. At the top of the program window are the main functions. Select the component "system Optimization". Right in the program window look for the words "manually Run maintenance tasks". Under this line look for the "Clean registry" and click on it with the left mouse button. In the window that appears, select "Full view". Will start a system scan that will find files that are left after removal of Kaspersky anti-virus.

After the scan is complete a window will appear, which will be available two actions. The first action is "Clean registry immediately, three times - "View problems". Select the "View issues" pop up "Summary of issues". It will be written that the program you are referencing some files no longer exist.

Then in the same window, select "Start cleaning". Will appear another window, in which click on "Next". Will begin the process of registry cleaning. Wait for it to finish and click "finish". Now in the line "Summary of issues" it is written "Not found". This means that the operating system registry cleaned from the files of the virus.

Then to complete the clean-up procedure close all Windows programs and restart the computer. After rebooting from Kaspersky lab for your PC there is nothing left.
