You will need
    • 1.5 kg chicken wings;
    • To the visual (all together or to choose):
    • 3-4 cloves of garlic;
    • 1 pod of pepper of Chile,
    • 1 tsp of chili powder;
    • 1 tsp ground ginger;
    • 1 tbsp adzhika;
    • 1 tbsp mustard;
    • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce.
    • Besides (all together or to choose):
    • 4 tbsp vegetable oil;
    • 2-3 tablespoons of honey;
    • 2-3 tbsp of soy sauce.
    • For the sauce:
    • 300 ml natural yoghurt;
    • 2 fresh cucumber;
    • The juice of half a lime;
    • 3 tbsp chopped parsley.
Take 1.5 kg chicken wings, rinse them with water. Alternatively, you can cut off the little wings of the phalanx and cut into large phalanxes or membrane with a knife. If you like whole wings, then cook whole, making a few cuts to better absorb the marinade.
Mix all or some of the proposed ingredients. This garlic must be crushed, and the pod of the chili pepper finely chop. Coat the pickle wings and leave on for at least an hour, better several hours in the refrigerator. When the wings are properly soaked, start to heat treatment.
To cook the marinated wings in several ways. In a frying pan – fry the wings in a large amount of vegetable oil for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Spicy wings can be baked in the oven. Lay wings on the baking sheet in a single layer and place in a preheated 200° oven. Bake 30 minutes, turning to evenly roasting. Bake in the foil or sleeve for baking – cook the wings closed 20 minutes and then unwrap the foil/sleeve and cook until Golden brown.
Spicy wingsgrilled can be cooked on the grill – electric or charcoal. If no grill, preheat the oven, place wings on the grill, cook for 30-40 minutes. Don't forget to place a pan of water to drip off fat.
Serve spicy wings can be a delicate cucumber-yogurt sauce. Peel the cucumbers and chop, mix with natural yoghurt, add the parsley, juice of half a lime, salt and pepper to taste.
