Don't try to lose weight in a very short time – they will be typed as soon as you stop a diet. Start with what stop eating 4-5 hours before bedtime – this is enough time that the body processed food and not put it in the form of fat. Completely eliminate from the diet fatty foods, sausages, smoked meats and other "Goodies". Meals cook without adding oil or steamed in microwave oven, to reduce their caloric content.

Several times a week to arrange fasting days. First time eat vegetables, fruit, yogurt or other light products. As addiction of the body to the hungry days totally abstain from food and drink only mineral water or juice. But you can do it with intervals of 2-3 days, otherwise the effect will be.

Active exercise: go to the gym, swim in the pool or the fitness center. The more muscle you have, the faster the process of losing weight and less likely to gain the lost weight again. If you don't have time for this, at least do a light jog in the morning or exercise at home.

Refer to an endocrinologist if the weight loss is in one place. You will be assigned a survey, the results of which will pick up treatment. Specialist also may prescribe medications which help to cope with the extra weight and not gain it again. But they can be taken only by prescription, and the pharmacy they are dispensed by prescription.

During weight loss be sure to take vitamin complexes to compensate for the deficiency of necessary microelements. Consult your doctor or carefully read the annotation.

To lose weight is not the most difficult, important then to support it. It can be done, if you periodically stick to the diets not to eat at night and exercise. If, during the examination by an endocrinologist you have had problems with hormonal background, and they decided maybe the extra pounds will not bother you ever.
