Such situations arise rarely, observe the rules of operation of machinery. Do not use paperthat is not designed for printers, do not put in the tray crumpled leaves with curled edges. Check whether the page is bonded between a paperclip or staples from the stapler. Before filling the tray, make sure that the sheets in the stack are not glued. If necessary, separate them.

If the page is still stuck in the printer, unplug the device and remove it from the pan all in there paper. First try to remove the sheet, gently pulling on the edge, which speaks more from the printer. The force exerted to the sheet should be distributed evenly, so grab the sheet with both hands.

Hold the sheet at a time for right and left, not to accidentally tear off a piece of the page. Torn sheet pull harder, and some pieces can get stuck in inaccessible places. Do not pull too strongly, if you feel that the paper may tear, change the position of the hands. Grab the sheet closer to the part that protrudes from the printer.

In the case where the jammed paper is not visible, open the case of printer. Look on the cover of a special button, or fold the cover. If necessary, remove the print cartridge. Try to remove the jammed sheet in the same way as described above.

Do not touch termoscript (element, on which a sticker with a warning) or the parts around it. Try not to use any tools and fixtures, which can spoil parts of the printer – stationery knife, scissors and the like. After the sheet is removed, install the print cartridge, return the paper in the tray and turn the printer on.

If the sheet broke or impossible to get any one of the following ways, do not attempt to disassemble the equipment if have no special skills. Contact the service center and report the problem.
