You will need
    • To make baked ribs boar:
    • spare ribs wild boar - 1.2 kg;
    • garlic - 1 clove;
    • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. spoons;
    • greens
    • salt
    • pepper - to taste.
    • To prepare roasted leg of wild boar:
    • the front leg of wild boar – 1 piece.
    • onions - 2 heads;
    • carrots – 2 PCs.;
    • garlic – 1 clove;
    • dry red wine – 1 glass;
    • pepper – 5-6 peas;
    • Bay leaf – 4 PCs.;
    • olive oil – 200 ml;
    • black pepper and salt to taste.
    • To make baked wild boar meat:
    • roasted wild boar – 1,5 – 2 kg;
    • onions – 2 heads;
    • carrots – 3 PCs.;
    • celery root – 2 PCs.;
    • vinegar – 0.5 cups;
    • Bay leaf – 3 PCs.;
    • flour – 0.5 cups.
Roast ribs of wild boarRinse ribs, salt and pepper them. Then take the meat punctures, to lard with garlic. Brush the meat with vegetable oil and wrap it in foil. Put the ribs on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, no more than 3.5 hours. Then remove ribs from foil and serve.
