Bank account with Internet banking;
- electronic wallet;
- access to payment terminals.

Log in to your account in any payment system, where you have an electronic wallet. The most popular are Webmoney and Yandex.Money. To enter you will need the password. Go to the home page and you will see a list of services that can be paid by electronic money. Find the "Mobile communications" and select from the proposed list of telephone operator, by the subscriber which you are.

Your personal account and cash account you can make in any payment system, terminals which accept payments for mobile phone, for example, Qiwi. Log in to the system, putting your phone number and password. You will then receive access to your electronic purse, to replenish you with any payment terminal of the system. After login, on the left vertical panel you will see categories of services that you can pay using Qiwi Wallet. First on the list is cell phones. Select your operator.

If you have activated the online banking service when opening the account, log in to your personal account to transfer money from PC to phone. On the main page you will see the status of their accounts opened in the Bank and a list of services that you can pay using the funds placed on them. Select "Mobile communication" and its operator.
