Instruction

Connect your computer to the Internet, point your browser to the address of the website of public services. Select it, enter your username and password. The password will be the number of your pension insurance certificate, the password to use taxpayer identification number.

Select the column "Taxes and fees" click on the link for filing a tax return. Then select who you are: a natural or legal person. Accordingly, click the desired tab.

The Declaration can be submitted in three ways: to come personally to tax inspection, to be sent by mail with the investment inventory, and send via telecommunication links. Select the admission document on the Internet and click on the button where you specify the type of Declaration you need to fill.

Proceed to the Declaration. Enter your details if you are an individual, enter INN, address of residence. Enter the name of the organization if you pass the documentation on behalf of the legal person, write INN, KPP, address of the place of business of the company.

Depending on the kind of the Declaration you filled in, enter the amount of income from employment; if you are an individual, enter the amounts of the financial results of the company, if you make information on behalf of a legal entity.

When all the points of the Declaration are filled in, attach necessary documents and send to the tax office at your place of residence or location of the firm. Within two to three days you will receive the answer which has been stamped "Accepted" or the other.

Submitting the Declaration via the Internet does not relieve the taxpayer from personal signing, so come to the tax office you still need. But the advantage is that you do not have to stand in the General queue. For the submission of electronic declarations highlighted the box where you put your signature and date.
